As thousands of Diablo fans waited patiently to play the game on the launch date of the new Diablo 3 game, many of the players fears became reality when they attempted to activate or login into the game to play. Blizzard had been careful in regards to warning players that they should expect some errors to crop up as many fans from around the world gathered to play the game. What they didn’t expect was so many issues to occur. Some players only recieved error messages when they first logged in to play, while others escaped this obstacle unscathed only to have an error message or loading message pop up while creating their characters. For some, launch day had been delayed until Blizzard could finally get around to fixing the errors and issues. This required the servers to be taken offline for a minimum of two times. Blizzard is now ontop of things and things appear to be running smoothly again.
